Found goTronics.com through a Google Ad when I dropped and broke the screen on my iPhone 3G at 11:30 this morning. Called 'em; stopped by and they had it changed out in 45 minutes. Very happy outcome to a sad situation. Fortunately, they are located about 3 miles from where I live; but while I was there, the mail arrived with what looked like lots of equipment coming in for repairs.

Saved me tons of money over repairs! Sent it in to goTronics.net and they had my cracked glass fixed super fast. I had purchased the gocare plan only a few weeks before I broke it. :( The team at goTronics fixed my iPhone for only a ten dollar deductible and I received my iphone back in a few days looking perfect.

I purchased the goCare warranty online and a week later I dropped my iPhone in water. I made a claim, sent it in and within 24 hours my iPhone was fixed and on its way back to me. When you drop your phone, like most people do, you always have to worry about something breaking. I had dropped my phone many times and it didn't break. My friend dropped his the other day and he shattered his glass. I got worried that my iPhone would be next and I wouldn't be so lucky. I found goTronics and they have an awesome warranty plan. I purchased it and I feel much safer now.

goCare is a must have for any iPhone owner, 3g or 3gs. I purcahsed AppleCare when I bought my 3gs for Christmas. My son dropped it into the sink :( and I went to the Apple store thinking the AppleCare covered me. Nope. Sent it in to goTronics for repair and they fixed the water damage and I purchased the comprehensive warranty which will protect me from having to pay again if it gets dropped in water again. Hopefully not.

Awesome service! Highly recomend purchasing an extended gocare warranty. I purchased one fortunately right before I ended up breaking mine. I was able to get it fixed the same day gotronics received it. This plan is far superior to applecare or any other warranty compny. (Posted on 2/4/10)

I originally purchased Applecare on my iPhone 3g and when I water damage it, of course the answer from the "Genius bar" was. Sorry. there's nothing we can do. I found goTronics and sent in my iPhone to be repaired. They fixed the IPhone when the genius bar could do nothing. All my contacts and data was saved! I purchased their compregensive warranty so if I ever drop it in water again :( I will be protected.

I purchased this extended warranty and had to make a claim because I cracked my glass on my 3g and I sent it in GoTronics. They fixed it the same day the got it and shipped it back the same day! I couldn't belive how fast the turn around time was! I paid $10 as a deductible and I saved my self a lot of money.

Highly recommend GoTronics! Their extended warranty is the best there is!
